Steve Grundy
Steve is perhaps best known for delivering insights and recommendations developed from multistage, multi-country work. He is an effective qualitative moderator but has special interests in applying segmentation, conjoint analysis, mapping and other advanced analytical techniques when the situation demands. He is a recognised authority on research and was recently presented with the Winner award for “Contribution to Pharmaceutical Market Research 2008” by the EphMrA members.
Pip Keys
Pip’s main interest and area of expertise lies in designing and delivering high-end qualitative research. Her grounding in NLP and coaching psychology gives her special insight, contributing to enhanced solutions in healthcare branding research. She is an accomplished moderator and facilitator, and is fully-conversant with quantitative techniques; she enjoys the cross-over between qual and quant approaches, as the research program unfolds for each brand.
Eileen Sutherland
Eileen Sutherland has over 20 years research agency experience and has delivered research driven solutions utilising both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. In addition, she has designed and conducted studies interviewing NHS and government staff on a variety of issues.
Eileen brings strong social research skills to the healthcare environment and has also conducted several studies relating to health issues including consultants and PCPs on cardiovascular disorders, patient satisfaction studies for the NHS, communication and ad testing among specialist nurses and a large qualitative and quantitative study on asthma for the National Asthma Campaign.
