Quality Control
Quality Control is paramount to the success of any Mystery Shopping survey. For this reason, Marketing Sciences takes quality control very seriously and our 3,000+ auditors all receive training and accompaniments (as part of our ICQS Quality control accreditation). Every stage of the process is subject to quality checks.
Proof of the visit is always required and this would be in the most appropriate format:
- – A receipt
- – Business Card
- – Leaflets/ documents (with branch/outlet identification)
Taking photographs is a possible way although, for security reasons, we would rarely recommend this option. However, we are happy to talk through your requirements and come up with the best option for you and your project.
