Face to face
We have our own nationwide network of interviewers enabling us to speak to consumers:
- In home
- On-street
- In central locations (hall tests)
- In-store with shoppers
All interviewers are trained to IQCS standards, controlled by our central
field team here in Winchester, who in turn is supported by our regional
supervisors.
We also have a team of 2000 mystery shoppers spread around the country.
